| Data Teaser or Data "Hook" - For those that want to see what's new, cool and happening. Listing of the newest listings or homes. | |
| Interactive Navigation - This address the straight forward visitor. I want this, this, this and this. Give it to me. | |
| In-Site Advertising - Advertise for yourself!! Some people are drawn to things because they are on sale or someone tells them they are important. "FINANCING", "BUILD YOUR DREAM HOME". | |
| Target Market Specific Navigation - This covers your target specific users and divides their choices into tasks or categories tailored to them. (h4/h5) | |
| Footer Navigation - This servers two purposes. One, on vertically large pages, the user doesn't have to scroll all the way back to the top. Some navigation may be image based, this makes sure it's represented as text. | |
